Describe your company and organization and target audience

<p>We are a power&nbsp;<span style="font-size: 0.875rem;">line construction business who is serious about safety and creating a company that treats their employees like family. We take pride in being a IBEW contracted company where we are able to provide safe working conditions, great pay and benefits for our employees. Our purpose is to change the scene in Western Kentucky and bring more union work to the area. We also work under contractors all over the country responding to natural disasters and storm work. The target audience would be standing out to the power companies and members of the power companies that we are working for.</span></p>

The design should have the following

We would like to see the colors red and yellow on the logo and something that signifies electricity or power lines. As mentioned above we are big on inclusivity to our employees and IBEW members so we would like to show in our logo that we are working for them/with them and not against them, something that gives off the supportive and inclusive feel, which is why we included "brothers" in the business name. We are looking to incorporate the International Brotherhood of Electrical Works (IBEW) logo inside our logo also due to being a signatory contractor. The logo includes of fist holding several lightening bolts which is a look we like and I will include a photo of the logo below. We also like the look of the fist holding two lightening bolts crossing eachother. Also the design I submitted is a draft. We can explore different outlines and shapes of the emblem of the top black portion and bottom yellow portion&nbsp;
