The design should have the following

ABSOLUTE ADVANTAGE PROPERTY Branding Logo. Property Sales and Management. I need an EVERLASTING Logo like the APPLE logo that will never need updating according to the latest fads. Absolute Advantage Property: The logo features a stylized letter "A" with two upward-facing arrows on either side, symbolizing growth and progress. The "A" also resembles a house, representing the business's focus on real estate. The arrows and the bold, modern font give the logo a dynamic and forward-thinking feel. The color scheme is a combination of green, gold and blue, which conveys trust, stability, and nature. Other colour schemes may be used for contrast. If Aesthetically acceptable, also •Create a distinctive monogram using the initials "AAP" in a solid and balanced design. •Develop a crest or seal-like logo that incorporates key elements associated with real estate. This can give a sense of heritage and tradition. Avoid trendy colours that may become outdated. PLEASE AVOID GENERIC DESIGNS FROM FREE LOGO DESIGN SITES. I've been there, done that. Didn't like any of them.
