Describe your company and organization and target audience

The Old and Washed Up Athlete&rsquo;s Association helps former athletes embrace aging and change, but continue to compete with ourselves to be better PEOPLE than we ever were as athletes. By focusing on holistic development and assessments, we provide former athletes with tools, resources, and an expanding network of former athletes to team up and compete with in a way that is meaningful to the new chapters our lives (ie&hellip;being able to play with our kids without pain, prolonging or eliminating the need for costly medical procedures, improving our relationships and communication skills&hellip;etc), and so we can continue to put numbers on the scoreboard the way we once did as athletes. <br /> <br /> Our target audience are former athletes, or friends, families, and/or associates of former athletes looking for ways to stay inspired, challenged, and empowered in life after sport.

The design should have the following

2 main features must be in the logo:<br /> <br /> 1. The logo head included in the attachments of this contest<br /> <br /> 2. Font similar to the retro &quot;Old &amp; Washed Up&quot; logo included in the attachments of this brief<br /> <br /> 3. The words &quot;Washed Pod&quot; (which is the intended titled of our upcoming podcast, and a color scheme that features the color of the logo head in a creative way<br /> <br /> <br /> The logo should include elements of the contrast of the logo head. <br /> <br /> Styled with both old and new elements to accent the brand, but simple and elegant.<br /> <br /> We would like the podcast logo to be easy to read as with the most notable thumbnails of some podcasts like the following:<br /> <br /> 1. Akimbo, a Podcast from Seth Godin<br /> 2. Art of Coaching, Podcast by Brett Bartholomew<br /> <br /> Would like the background to also be distinct, with a blue(ish) color.
