Alright, I'll change it so it only will be a golden head.
I'll also change the numbers back. I tried giving them some depth by adding shade as stroke.
Motion in logos cam be cool in Flash, but .gif-logos are usually of rather poor quality.
As a professional website, you need to show strong quality, creativity and elegance in your logo, right?
I will try and see if I can give it a similar effect, as the one on NewWard Dev., but no promises :D

Can't do just the head, huh?
I liked the numbers better in the other one I commented on. They were bigger/brighter somehow.
Why do you recommend no motion in logo?

According to your previous comment, I changed the entire figure into gold. It seperates it from the "clock" and I like the look. I don't know Flash, which makes it difficult to make it similar to the NewWard Develop. logo, you referred to.
I can try make a .gif, but it will take away some quality. In my opionion, it would be better not to have motion in your logo. Please let me know if you want me to try.
