Tipping Point Recovery, Inc provides intensive recovery coaching for those seeking recovery from drugs and/or alcohol. The definition of tipping point is the point at which a series of small changes or incidents becomes significant enough to cause a larger, more important change- a critical point in an evolving situation - also referred to as a turning point. We chose this name because as recovery coaches we are on call with the local police. When someone overdoses from opiates we meet them at the ER and provide an intervention. Because recovery coaches are "peers" most individuals are willing to talk to us. We've been there. We know what they're going through. We have found that surrounding them with recovery (through peers) at this time causes an interest in recovery. we see a "tipping point", a point at which they just WANT recovery. Whereas prior, they didn't know they wanted it, didn't know how to get it, didn't believe they could, etc. The drugs were too powerful to see what was possible. To see life can be good takes someone showing you it IS great! With over 50,000 dying last year alone in our country to drug overdose, the time is now to create a recovery epidemic. Our engagement rate is 90% and recovery rate hovers over 65%!
