Describe your company and organization and target audience
Located in steamboat springs colorado at the base area of the resort. We are rebranding a tex mex restaurant into mountain comfort food, locals and tourists home away from home dining room and bar. We'll put up reclaimed wood in and around the 1904 ( doc holiday style) Bar. We'll focus on Apres business for the ski season and the outdoor mountain sports (biking fly fishing, hiking) for the summer season. Food concepts will be focused around Cheese fondue, trout dip, bold salads, elk stew, various game and daily tasty chef creations.
