Describe your company and organization and target audience

Property management business. We look after houses, units and student accommodation. We enjoy the student accommodation part most and want to specialize in that and build it up. We want to target both new owners and students. We offer a personal and hands on service and try to get a good return for our owners but also make sure our students and tenants are happy and enjoy their homes and experience with our company.

The design should have the following

Biggest point of difference is that we are mobile. We don't just sit in the office. We go to the property and get to know all the properties well. With the student accommodation (students rent a room and share common areas) we like to know all the students by name, drop by the properties regularly. We offer a friendly courteous service. It is a much more personal service than most on offer.
