This is the first restaurant that will focus on tamales, instead of hamburgers. Tamales is one of the most original Mexican foods equal to the taco. Oaxaca is the home of the best tamale in Mexico. El hot tamale will focus on serving tamales in various ways, and some Oaxacan food. We want to serve the true traditional tamales flavors and we want our logo to say that in a very modern, simple but impactful way.
We are targeting the media class families, young professionals, and the lunch crowd.
This will be the first of a chain of restaurants that will focus only on tamales as their main product. Something similar to Chipotle. we are remodeling the first location i have added images to help you get the concept.
