This is a journal/organizer method for life planning and mindfulness. Based on the methods of Da Vinci, Gallellio, Michelangelo, the Medicis and others from Florence, Italy. It is similar to bullet journaling with a stronger focus on life balance, creating a plan for happiness and chipping away at big life goals in very small increments, like sculpting marble. the process is not pre-printed, but instead, adapts to the user and includes both inspirational planning and daily/weekly/monthly ritual review of one's life and happiness with a way to score each day to know it is in balance and that you are progressing.
