This one I like best out of the three. So you asked about fonts...Sans serif is without serifs, yes? As I think the serifs are great, please leave them. Can you though still improve on the text a bit. Make it pop out more. Maybe have the capital letters a little bigger, maybe only the "C". Or something else, idk. Your discretion, what you think looks good. Anything to make it bolder, stand out more, be really memorable. The whirl, I like where it is....Can you change the color to an orange-yellow. It could also be two colors (hopefully the sign maker can agree).
