Describe your company and organization and target audience

If you look at the website (which is being redesigned), you will see that the first logo is a map, giving a global feel. I like that global feel and could go that way. But I\\\'m open to other ideas.

The design should have the following

I am open to either a complete logo with an icon of some kind and the name combined or a more icon based logo that can stand on its own without the name or the name next to it.

This design should not have this in the entries

native English speakers from US,Canada, South africa, UK, Australia, New Zealand. teachers, people looking for adeventure or a new experience.
