The Green V'stro (bistro) is a vegan food business. Street Food is a concept that participates in pop-ups, festivals, and markets. Possible food truck as well. Street food, because its typically where we interact with our customers. We make and sell classic comfort foods, pastries and other desserts. Our largest target market is the vegan/plant based consumer.
