Although our building would typically be considered "daycare," it is much more than that. It is a respite center for children with special needs who have been adopted into our community. We have discovered the lack of appropriate care locally - for fragile children currently residing in orphanages internationally - builds an emotional and physical barrier to those prospective parents considering adoption. Our facility will provide specialized care and love for these kids coming into our community from around the world. We believe it will also create a supportive network for adoptive families, and it will encourage many others to adopt children who would otherwise be forever forgotten.
