They strongly want to retain the shield and the colors and luminous gradient - but now they need to add a fourth color - the purple you can find here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_E4vudar_iZ9eyylAheqUJIo3p0kHQsj/view
HOWEVER - the four colors in the shield CAN NOT look like microsoft (so no quadrants). Maybe a swirl? 4 gum drops.
