Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are a Crossfit facility that specializes in small group fitness classes. We use the Crossfit method of constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements to Increase work capacity across time and modal domains. In essence we make you more fit using the 10 Elements of fitness, Cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility,balance and accuracy. Our target audience is everyone looking to get in shape or stay in shape or people looking to get in better shape and have fun working out with others.

The design should have the following

Would like to see an Icon and the name used in the logo. These could be together or separate but hopefully could stand on their own if needed. So, text based logo, icon and combination logo. I am fond of the idea that using the ten elements of fitness gets you to a solid state both physically and mentally.
