Describe your company and organization and target audience
We are a new restaurant holding company starting with unique fast-casual franchises and moving into custom concepts. We put people and process first with an emphasis on running a well-oiled restaurant business. We know profitability creates opportunity so we are a metrics driven organization that works with its people to create clear goals and rewards them for achieving them. Our target audience from a branding perspective is really potential hospitality workers (this brand will not be very consumer facing as our restaurants will stay front-and-center) specifically, back-of-house and front-of-house workers both full and part-time between the ages of 16 - 40. We are focused on attracting people based on personality, not skill... friendly, reliable, team players with a sunny disposition... prior experience in the industry is rarely necessary. We want to attract workers that are a cut above and provide an exemplary experience for our guests.
