The company, Sentinel Development, is a real estate developer, and asset manager. The company was established in 2001 and works with many large financial institutions, retailers restaurants and hotels. Sentinel is comprised of 4 groups, including construction, construction management, property management and restaurant/hospitality.<br /> <br /> The literal translation of &ldquo;Sentinel&rdquo; - <br /> Noun: a soldier or guard who&rsquo;s job it is to stand and keep watch. <br /> <br /> Additional Notes:<br /> Sentinel customers include large retailers such as Walmart, as well as large multi-billion dollar real estate funds. <br /> <br /> Target:<br /> Private Equity Funds<br /> REITS<br /> Multinational retailers <br /> Internationally known hospitality companies (e.g. Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, etc..)<br />
