Describe your company and organization and target audience

Enjoyable, lively, coffee, beer and wine bar with a homey atmosphere that can be enjoyed both day and night. The name of our place is called Rumours. I named it after my Father's FAVORITE album from Fleetwood Mac. It will feature live music (1-2 person band) on Friday and Saturday nights. We will have morning commuters, a drive-thru window. Late morning patrons will be stay at home mom's and retired people. Evening will be people heading home, stopping for a glass of wine or beer and a light meal. We will serve breakfast, lunch and small bites for dinner. It will be a fun, social atmosphere with employees that engage with customers. Music WILL ALWAYS play in the background...all types. Décor is rustic, industrial.
