We Are Large Scale Production Builders. This is a 66 Unit Condominium Development. There is a Weathering Steel Truss Bridge That will be the entrance in & out to the community --- we want this to be the main part of our logo. The Bridge is crossing over an old historical river -- once used for supplying Mills.
target market: 30-65 yrs old -- middle income -- single family.
