Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are a risk management firm that partners with small and mid size businesses and individuals to help them understand and manage their risk. We go through a process where we identify risks to businesses or individuals, including liability risks, property risks, asset risks, OSHA, HR, Work Comp and more. From there, we help them make decisions to mitigate, accept, or transfer that risk. We get paid by helping our clients transfer risk through the acquisition of insurance policies.

The design should have the following

We are looking for something simple and clean and professional. I think we prefer one with our initials, but could be open to the right design featuring the full name spelled out. We like the concept of a circle with smaller letters in the middle. We're coming from a firm: www.affordableamericaninsurance.com, and like their blue circle logo.

Colors to use in the design

We prefer a color palette including blues, and light or dark neutrals. Wouldn't be opposed to an accent color, but it should be darker like a red or green.
