The design should have the following

We are trying to "freshen up" our logo to make it look a little "sleeker" for the modern age. I can send our current logo which you'll see has a Pelican on it that we may or may not decide to keep on the new logo. Would like some with and some without. Also would like to stick with the same basic colors we have now(yellow & green)but not opposed to some change on color-maybe gold for yellow as an example.
