Describe your company and organization and target audience
We are a real estate/property management company and we are looking for an update or tweak of our current design. We are open to alternative designs but were thinking of a tweak of the design to add a vintage key (that mimicked a tree) in a modern 'pin' as in, 'you are here' (great for an open house or describing the multiple parks of Denver). The objective is to make it more identifiable from a real estate sign and a web perspective. My original designs are not indicative or memorable in any way. We like the concept of key/pin because it would be great for open houses, pinning the property on a map and 'mapping' out the steps of buying/selling/investor/management process.
Target audience, anyone looking to do a real estate transaction.
