Describe your company and organization and target audience

Orion Belt Company is being started from nothing but an idea. I will be hand crafting and assembling the belts and selling them online and in person. The logo will be featured on the website, business cards, stamped or branded into the leather, and used to market my products. I’m looking for a sleek and simple design that is easily identifiable. Use of any color besides black should be limited if at all. Any reference to the three stars in Orion’s Belt should be extremely subtle, if at all. I also do not want the logo to mimick a buckle. I am also not interested in a western theme. These will be modern sleek belts.

The design should have the following

All caps (I think), sleek, simple, easy to read, square / circle with a possible option for a rectangular design for the belt, unless the square/circle/symmetrical logo is strong enough to stand on its own.
