"Progress you'll be proud of". We are a small independently owned, private pay, coaching and therapy service for young adults 18-29 in Portland Maine. Our young adults are very bright, motivated and have had struggles with anxiety in college or at home/work. They are referred to us by mental health professionals around the country and come to Portland to live in their own apartment, go to school or get a job. We provide coaching, therapy, mentoring, meals, social activities, fitness, independent living skills, and general support for a maximum of 15 at a time. They generally work with us for a year. Our target audience is the frustrated young adult, the parent of the stalled young adult, and the mental health professionals who work with the families.
