This is going to be an App where a real estate owner can lease his property to a tenant by using a mobile device. The App will allow both parties to: upload demographic information, take photos of the property, scan the ID (NID, Passport, driver license, etc), fullfill the questionaire and sign the contract. The App will verify all the authenticity of the documents and the identity of the tenant to guarantee safeness to both participants.
The audience will be people from 30 to 65 years old. The objective is to reduce the lease time from more than 20 days today to only a couple of days tomorrow.
