We are a Workforce Development Board covering 5 counties in the Northwest corner of Oregon. We assist job seekers with training and placement services, and business with finding a skilled workforce. We concentrate our efforts in certain sectors such as advanced textile manufacturing, healthcare and marine sciences. Our 5 local counties have a variety of communities within them; rural, coastal, a university town, agriculture, tourism, fishing, logging, etc.
