This company provides in-home and on-location personal training and small group classes to people in the Dayton, OH area. The training can be done in the clients' home or office, a park, etc. We also provide boot camps, group strength training and sport yoga for sports teams. The target audience is men & women ages 18-40, busy parents & professionals, and young athletes.
