P&BP will hold and manage rental properties and flip residential real estate. Audience will be potential buyers, renters, and investors.

The design should have the following

Will go by Pier and Beam Properties but legally must include NETX. So focus should be on the Pier and Beam Properties. The company will hold and manage rental properties and do flip houses. Most properties will be older homes that have a pier and beam foundation. Would like to incorporate a frame house silhouette or something along those lines in the logo. Maybe similar to a New Orleans style or Craftsman style house that is up off the ground, would also be open to a ranch style house silhouette. NETX stands for NE Texas where the company is doing business. Also, we're a young couple just getting started and we would like the design to be young yet classic/timeless. We would also like the logo to have some character just like the houses we work with. Would also be open to incorporating a skeleton key into the design instead of a house.
