Mosa Mack: Science Detective is a new EdTech company that produces short animated science mysteries to expose students to the thrill of problem solving. Our mysteries feature an African American female protagonist who redefines what it means to be a scientist. We need a company name that speaks to teachers and students alike. We are looking for a name that evokes excitement and sparks interest. The series that our company produces is entitled "Mosa Mack: Science Detective" and it is similar to Magic School Bus and BrainPOP.com What sets us apart from other resources is that we use an inquiry model which means at the end of each episode, students are presented with a question. Supplementary materials on our website helps teachers guide a class discussion about the conclusion to the mystery.
