Solid Black and/or Solid Black and White logos are acceptable. Just to be clear, the ball itself is shiny and metallic looking. The logo should just be solid black vector design that is essentially a font with some tweaks to make it unique and product specific. Make sense? (see file i have uploaded with our current logos)

Hello sir, This is not vector sorry about that. you mean both are ok Black and White and Solid black isn't it? I'll try to make more shiny more styles in PSD format not in vector. and about gradient i'll try to metallic it as you said. so no worries let me know if i'm correct so i can start making another concept

Thanks for the submissions. I have attached a filed of our current logos for reference. Reading through the contest I think i failed to mention this should be SOLID BLACK ONLY or BLACK AND WHITE LOGO in Vector format. These are one or two color decals that are printed on balls. NO 4-COLOR logos or gradients will work. Sorry for any confusion. If you want to resubmit with this in mind, please do!!
