Marty, With all due respect, I don't think using Trajan and stacking the text is a rip off from your design. In fact, there are some examples similar to your layout that were posted before you submission. (see Entry #71754) Also: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t87QKdOJNv8

Ongyudicandra, rotating 180 degrees and recoloring the very well known old Lucent logo in entry 72708 and 72709 was not wise. Ghost. I never accused Ongyudicandra of "ripping" anything off, i simply pointed out that he used the same font, weight and positioning (71754 is not the same weight, color, or layout). I never tried to give an impression that I invented Trajan Pro. And perhaps he didn't copy my idea for a layout, but farmboy has just proven that he did steal a logo from someone else. So the odds are kind of stacked.
