Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are a vacation property management company at a ski resort in western Canada. Our properties are primarily luxury condos ranging from $400-$1200 a night. High end, well appointed properties in desirable locations offering ski in ski out access. Our 'guests" are affluent international clients from Australia, UK, HK, USA , Canada and Europe. We manage the guest experience from the online search for properties, booking to guest arrival , in resort services and top shelf customer service. The same being said of our owners and how we manage their investment properties to maximise revenue through exceptional service to the guests. Additionally, we are a full service management firm looking after every aspect of the owners property. Ongoing management of maintenance, repairs, replacement of in suite inventory (linens, kitchen, furniture, appliances etc.. ). We take care of their investment as if it were our own and to maintain the highest standard our guests expect. So, we have two markets (guests and owners) however, focus should be toward the guest as this is our primary target of the marketing the logo will be directed toward.

Aspects of the design need to include :<br /> <br /> Mountain landscape with snow capped peaks<br /> Exemplify - Luxury accommodation (condos not chalets) <br /> Prefer a badge, crest, circle, <br /> <br /> We would like to see the two concept variations :<br /> <br /> 1) Use the M of the name to be represented by the shape of the mountains &amp; the L to represent a bed in the design, a skiers tracks in the snow and or a swoosh representing a similar look. <br /> <br /> 2) the other concept will not contain the three components as suggested above and be open to your interpretation. <br /> <br /> Aspects of the design &quot;look&quot; should be : Modern, Rustic, Antique, negative space<br />

Colors to use in the design

black, white and 1 colour probably blue. Looking for change in colour contrast, fading from darker to light or vice versa . not a solid static colour for the blue. White and black can be similar with different tones to emphasise depth, contrast and a 3D effect.. if possible.
