Describe your company and organization and target audience

This is a small business that provides estate services including Estate Sales, Home Staging, Downsizing and Real Estate purchases and sales. I am currently a licensed Real Estate Agent, but I want the business to focus on less of the traditional real estate agent services (less buying and selling homes) and more of the other services above (Estate Sales, Home Staging and downsizing). My customers are often getting their homes ready for sale. For Estate Sales, this means helping them sell their belongings for the maximum value. For Staging, it means helping their house look as good as possible prior to the sale either by rearranging their furniture or with different furniture that I can provide for a fee, that improves the look of the space to help buyers visualize how they would live in it. Downsizing is when customers move into a smaller space and need to reduce their belongings. I also consider real estate agents my customers. Their clients often need these services. I want real estate agents to refer their clients to me to assist with all of their needs. Customer service is very important as this is often an emotional time for people looking for these services. I want to partner with and be a "one stop shop" to make the process easier for them.
