My company name is Kung Fu Ribs. This product is a traditional Chinese-style braised spare ribs that are slow-cooked in a Chinese sauce. My recipe uses some unique recipes such as ginger, red dried chili, bay leaf, star anise, cinnamon, rock sugar, etc. I will be packaging the ribs and selling them wholesale in supermarkets.
The origin of the name Kung Fu in China, Kung Fu not only refers to physical kung fu but also implies that a certain person or organization is good at a certain skill. We often say that if this person has an advantage in his field, we will describe him as having Kung Fu. Although Kung Fu is written differently in Chinese characters, the pronunciation is the same.
