Founded in 2013 we are a niche recruitment agency that specialises in building product development teams (Product Managers, Developers, UX Designers and Data science). Our HQ is in London, Leicester Square and our second office in Manchester. We have also just broken into the US market and will be opening an office there early 2019.

We would consider our brand quite informal (causal dress, fun office space, startup vibes). We have a very social and collaborative working environment with a playful and innovative culture while still being professional to our candidates and clients.

Our target audience is essentially broken into three parts

The design should have the following

Integrate and align with our company culture and climate
We also have an issue of being called KnowIT – to clarify, we do not do or recruit for IT.
The new logo should be in all lowercase with a dot above the "i" to avoid this issue above.
Open to new modern colours for logo.
The letter "k" can be used as the mark

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
• Television/screen
