I like it alot. The red strip across looks like ribbon. Could you put a little gold along the edge of that ribbon. I'm not crazy about the white dashes. Maybe gold and white could be used together? However, ultimately you are the expert. Thank you for taking the time to submit these logos.

This image is fully scaleable and is created in Adobe Illustrator. You could make a billboard with it if you wanted to, and it wouldn't lose resolution. If you had this on a website, you could extend the red part across the header. The fonts can be changed if you don't like them. Thanks! :)
