I work with young men aspiring to be video game streamers, but they allow their body to control them instead of making their body a servant of their mind. We discuss ways to overcome these negative thoughts and emotions into being productive and aim your goals upwards.

The company is a media/tech company. Youtube is all about the "how to" stream with gear setup or shop talk.
Podcast part of the company is all about the mind. Your mind will run all over you if you allow it. Regain control of your thoughts and actions.
