I am a leadership coach and consultant. I work with mission driven leaders and organizations to help them be their best selves and have impact in the world. My three lines of business have a common theme - to bring light to what may be uncomfortable or hard to see so they can courageously step into their fullest, most purposeful and joyful leadership and impact. 1) As a coach, I work with leaders to help them illuminate their purpose, strengths and values and to bring light to dis-empowering beliefs, narratives of actions that hold them back. 2) I work with organizations to assess their culture and team dynamics and then partner with them to co-create a new and better way of being together. 3) I work with white people to help them see the uncomfortable truths of American racism and help them be more racially conscious leaders for justice and equity in their organizations and in the world. I bring to my clients a deep belief in their potential and I build trusting spaces where they can be vulnerable to explore and grow, becoming illuminated in the process and able to truly shine their light in the world.
