Describe your company and organization and target audience

This will be a neighborhood public house or a pub. We will serve beer, wine, and spirits along side a moderately priced food menu consisting of creative and delicious but simple and traditional pub/bar food, similar to a gastro pub. This will not be in "Irish pub". Our target audience will be anyone and everyone who wants to sit and relax and enjoy.

The design should have the following

I would like to see a relatively simple black and white logo, a nice mixture of older style fonts with a modern twist, sleek, deco, but not too pretentious. I am not opposed to using colors but I don't want anything bright and "in your face". However if you think you have something wonderful despite this guide, go for it!

There is really nothing I specifically don't want, if a designer thinks they have a fantastic idea then i say go for it. If a designer is trying too hard to get creative then please stop and rethink the design. Simplicity is ultimately what i am looking for here.
