Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are a medicare certified home healthcare agency that provides skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical social work, and other healthcare needs to patients that are deemed to be homebound by their referring physician or provider. We serve Northwestern Missouri. <br /> <br /> Our target audience ranges from patients themselves that include the elderly, recently discharged surgical patients recovering at home, pediatric patients, chronically diseased patients, and basically any patient requiring services that need services of licensed medical professionals in their home. Our audience are also consists of referral sources such as our patients primary care provider, discharge planners at hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, and other community based medical providers.

The design should have the following

Healthspire is the combination of the word Health and Inspire. Our company philosophy revolves around providing our services in order to inspire better patient outcomes and vice versa. <br /> <br /> We are open to a logo design that is word art and a combination logo w/ word art including tag line. <br /> <br /> We like variation of our name example<br /> <br /> HEALTHSPIRE HOMECARE or HealthSpire HomeCare<br /> <br /> Some ideas we about imagery included things that inspired such as:<br /> -Sunlight, Sunshine<br /> -People helping each other <br /> -family and community<br /> -Imagery and visual of the &quot;Home&quot; portion <br /> <br /> But we are open and encourage professional creativity in designing our logo and really have no restrictions other then trying not make it looks to bloated.<br /> <br />
