I run a real estate team where we represent buyers and sellers in the home buying/ selling process. The logo must be clear to a wide range of people as my clientele come from all walks of life. This logo will be on all marketing and pictures related to the business. I would like it to be "housing" in mind. Something that will let the client know that it is homes that I sell.

The design should have the following

I would like the design to be "house" related. I want people to see the logo and know that it somehow relates to buying and selling homes. Whether it has HH for Haynes Homes could be a good direction to go. I would like to logo to look good with my brokerage logo. I dont want it to "match" but I want them to look good side by side. Or at least compatible as I will need to market both. My brokerage is EXP Realty and you can find their logo online or I would be happy to send it over.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

What style of logo would you like?

Colors to use in the design

I am thinking that blue will be best as it will be neutral to go with my brokers logo (I am okay with maybe orange, yellow or red accents). They both have to be placed on all advertising so it would be off putting to have a pink logo with my brokerages colors of blue and orange.
