Describe your company and organization and target audience

We make joyful home and holiday decor from felt, cardstock and custom printed fabric. Our products range from birthday banners and nursery buntings to Halloween cutouts and Christmas garlands. We need a logo that will appeal to Etsy shoppers who are primarily style-conscious middle class to wealthy American women who enjoy decorating their homes for special events and holidays with unique, handmade items that will draw compliments from friends and family. Garlands and banners are especially popular as backdrops for photos and decorations for nursery and holiday displays, so this audience is also fond of Instagram, Pinterest, and sharing photos of themselves and their homes online. Our shop should feel cute and cozy, and our logo should have a friendly, happy vibe.

The design should have the following

Square dimensions. Warm, cozy colors. Think more like the softer, more harmonious colors a suburban mom would put in her living room than bold, dark, or saturated colors. Cheerful, but still pretty is ideal.<br /> <br /> A heart element could be nice, but please don&#039;t substitute the word &quot;Heart&quot; in the name with a graphical heart (spell out the whole name in text). A hand-lettered font might work, but we need it to be legible at small sizes. The Etsy shop interface displays the main logo in a 280x280 px image (sized down automatically from a 500x500 px image), which is reduced even smaller to 75x75 px in many places.<br />

We don&#039;t want flowers/plants, geometric frames, or a distressed/farmhouse logo. If you go for a crafty, handmade look like our products, a felt cut-out texture is fine, but avoid using stitching as a design element because our products are mostly glued and hand-painted/embellished rather than sewn. Otherwise, we are open to any concept that fits the happy/cozy mood and would appeal to Etsy shoppers.<br /> <br /> No blue or other cool colors. No black or grey. Stay warm like dark brown, gold, orange, etc.

Colors to use in the design

warm, cozy colors, especially orange, yellow, brown, and gold. Warm sunshine, fall leaves, mug of chai tea, cinnamon buns, etc.<br /> <br /> Our big sales seasons will almost always start in late August and end mid-December, so that cozy fall vibe will work much better than a summer feeling
