Evette's is a restaurant in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood. We are serving a historic mash up of Mediterranean & Mexican flavors created by Lebanese immigrants fleeing to Mexico for a better life. Our food promotes personal well-being & everything on our menu is thoughtfully sourced & prepared. We place equal value on where our food comes from & its nutritional integrity, as we do on the way it tastes. We make food that leans towards our culinary traditions and upbringings, but the ingredients we use are often more nutritious & thoughtfully sourced than what you see in most establishments. We use products focused on your well-being. Even when you eat our gyro melt, or our pita nachos know that each ingredient is thoughtfully sourced and implemented with the best health intentions to optimize what you are eating and its effects on your body. Some of our offerings will still be high caloric & high fat dishes but made with the best ingredients we can source; those meals will feel much different in your body. We know the source of our products, and work with those who believe in caring for products the way we care for our food. The result is our food is nourishing, tasty and cared for. We love you with all our food.
