Describe your company and organization and target audience
We are a small-to-medium sized mainstream Lutheran church in a suburb of Minneapolis. Our worship style is casual but traditional, becoming somewhat more "mystic" and prayerful. Our membership falls almost exclusively into two categories -- elderly lifelong churchgoers, and young families with small children. We are mostly white and middle class. We frequently do joint worship with a Lao church that shares our building. We are proud of our music program with multiple choirs, our community outreach via food shelf and assisted living, and our children's programs (we do not have any teen focused worship though). Our target audience is mainly young professionals and couples age 25-45 and families with young children. We are looking for people who want a fairly traditional church experience but not a conservative or "high level of commitment" church home.
