We produce home-made, high quality, plant-based meals for the conscientious consumer wishing to enjoy healthful meals at home.

OUR KITCHEN PRINCIPLES:
1. Scratch Kitchen - I make everything I can from scratch
2. Ethically and Locally Sourced - I do my shopping at either a local food co-operative, or directly from farmers at the Brickworks market, always favouring organic, in season, local produce. All to ensure that farmers are paid fairly for their work
3. Low/No Waste - I buy in bulk with reusable containers, or in large enough quantities that I'm significantly able to minimize waste
4. Whole Foods, Plant Based - Let food be thy medicine, while reducing your environmental footprint, and saving animal's lives. It's a win-win-win

WHY I STARTED THIS BUSINESS:
I've been working for a huge pharmaceutical company for a decade. This year, at age 35, I was diagnosed with a brain tumour. My priorities have changed, and the lens through which I see the world has been altered. Two of my greatest joys are cooking, and spending time with my dogs. If I were able to earn a living cooking, I would be able to spend more time doing things I love, until it's time to head to paradise.
