I was born and raised in New Orleans. Cooking and learning famous recipes from
"my city" has always played a major highlight in my life. I have always been motivated by many to take my southern meals to the next level. Therefore, I decided to start a catering business. My target audience are for those foodies that love a burst of flavor, spice and everything nice!. Those who love Cajun and Creole Cuisines.
