It's a strong direction, but I would concentrate on how it will appear in black on white, on a business card. As the size is reduced, the icon will lose the subtle points of made by the 3 arcs. The space between each of the "people" will mesh together. Also, the whitespace between the intertwined arcs do not flow well. Concentrate on really refining the nuances and subtle changes of the arc. You really have good mark here. Now, it's the details.
