This logo is for a residential condominium community. These homes will be built on a parcel with over 90 acres of open space and walking trails. The highlight of this community is the natural areas. We are a residential building company. This logo will be used for various forms of marketing and on signage for the community.

The design should speak to the open space and natural features of the area such as mature trees, streams, wetlands and walking trails. The site also has sweeping views to the south (hence, Clearview) and rolling hills. The design should be light and airy.
