We are a real estate team that specializes in residential real estate. Our strengths are negotiations and strategy, we want an icon/text combined logo that communicates this. What sets us apart is that we are a team and not an individual selling real estate.

The design should have the following

We are looking for a logo that will be placed on a white background, logo should have a white background and should look modern. Including the color blue, similar to this color on the link below. It needs to look readable in both color & black and white (if it were to be printed on letterhead). Should be obviously real estate/strategy related. Font must be readable. We want an icon combined with text. • Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

We are not looking for a run of the mill real estate name over a rooftop logo.
