Describe your company and organization and target audience

The restaurant will be serve buffalo chicken wings and other buffalo chicken items such as wraps and sandwiches. We are also going to have craft beer and brew some of our own. We will have large screen televisions broadcasting sports all day. My target audience is rather broad. Young twenties and up.

The design should have the following

I want the logo to include a chicken but make it unique. Maybe have some bones somehow tied in with a chicken. Want to be able to change the theme on T-shirts to reflect each sports season. Maybe even a pirate themed chicken since we will be in Tampa florida .
